High Strength Structural Bonding with VHB 4910 Tape
VHB 4910 is a transparent double sided acrylic foam tape designed for high-strength structural bonding applications. It features a 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) solid acrylic adhesive core and a polyethylene film liner, providing clean and transparent bonding performance.
This product is designed to replace traditional mechanical fasteners such as screws, rivets, and welds, while maintaining a smooth surface without damaging the substrate. It is especially suitable for applications where appearance and transparency are critical.

Pressure Requirement：Apply uniform pressure of approximately 100 kPa (15 psi) to ensure proper surface contact and optimal bonding performance.
Application Temperature Range：Recommended application temperature is 21°C–38°C, with a minimum application temperature of 10°C–15°C.
Bond Strength Development
- Approximately 50% strength after 20 minutes
- Approximately 90% strength after 24 hours
- 100% final strength after 72 hours
