HS-8040GN is a gray acrylic double sided foam tape constructed with a cross-linked closed-cell foam core and coated on both sides with high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
It delivers strong initial tack and long-term bonding performance on metals, glass, and engineering plastics such as ABS and PP.
This tape is widely used as an automotive double sided mounting tape, providing reliable bonding performance for interior trim assembly, panel attachment, and lightweight structural mounting in automotive applications.

Handling Instructions
- Clean surfaces with >95% ethanol before application
